About the Role

We are seeking an experienced field-based domestic appliance engineer to join our team. As a field-based engineer, you will be provided with the tools to succeed and will be part of a community of employed engineers who share best practices and work together to deliver service excellence. You will use your expertise and product knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues, focusing primarily on Hisense branded products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with domestic appliances
  • Use product knowledge to repair and maintain appliances
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver service excellence
  • Use company-provided tools and software to complete tasks
Benefits
  • Competitive salary of £26,000 to £35,000 per annum, dependent on skill set and experience
  • Bonus scheme available to increase earnings
  • 8-hour working day, Monday to Friday
