Purpose of the Role:

To assist the Support Manager in the effective management of accommodation provision and provide a high-quality housing support service to residents as a member of the housing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Housing Management and Administration: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records, manage rent accounts, and resolve queries in a timely manner.
  • Resident Support: Provide empathetic and supportive services to residents, addressing their concerns and needs.
  • Maintenance and Teamwork: Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment, and report any damages or issues.
  • Exit Strategies and Support: Assist residents with transition plans, including external appointments and support services.

Requirements:

  • Right to Work in the UK: Ensure eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Experience in a Similar Setting: Previous experience in a similar role or setting is desirable.
  • Experience in Care/Support Position: Essential experience in a care or support position is required.
