Key Responsibilities:- Payroll Process Management: Supervise and manage the entire payroll process, including the calculation of wages, overtime, and deductions.
- Timely and Accurate Processing: Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll to meet designated deadlines.
- Payroll Data Security: Ensure the accuracy and security of payroll data and confidential employee information.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit payroll taxes, ensuring compliance with all tax regulations. Coordinate with relevant authorities and external agencies for tax-related matters and inquiries.
- Manual Payments: Calculate and raise manual payments as necessary.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any payroll-related issues or discrepancies.
- Payroll Administration: Experience in payroll administration with a demonstrated track record of managing payroll processes and systems.
- Payroll Knowledge: Knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Payroll Software: Proficiency in using payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Holiday Entitlement: 25 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays.
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday with flex working (8-4 or 9-5 with 30 min lunch).
- Remote Work: 2 day work from home after 3 month probation period.
