Compensation:
£18.25 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • To fulfill the specific objectives outlined in the Aftercare Service and the Children, Families and Cultural Services Business Plan.
  • To engage with various partner organizations to assess, plan, and provide interventions for at-risk youth and their families.
  • To maintain a manageable caseload of service users, adhering to assessed risks and established policies, including the Children Act guidance.
  • To utilize both manual and digital systems for accurate record-keeping, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and maintaining up-to-date case documentation.
  • To contribute to the formulation and execution of interagency strategies aimed at supporting vulnerable youth.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum educational requirement of GCSE level C or above in Maths and English.
  • Possession of a valid driving license (unless a disability prevents this).
  • Relevant qualifications in youth work or social care.
  • Understanding of human development and the unique challenges faced by young individuals in care.

Additional Information:
This position requires immediate availability and the right to work in the U.K. An enhanced DBS check is mandatory for this role.
