As a Clinical Adviser at Gallagher, you will play a pivotal role in driving positive change and helping clients build environments where employees thrive. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain extensive technical healthcare knowledge to advise clients within designated areas of activity.
  • Hold relevant industry qualifications, such as CII PMI, and stay up-to-date with industry exams and CPD.
  • Develop core consulting skills in communication, questioning, listening, report writing, and presenting.
  • Utilize Microsoft suite proficiency to support client needs.
  • Awareness of regulatory requirements for advised and non-advised sales.
