Clinical Psychologist Consultant

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Clinical Psychologist Consultant at AWP (Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust). As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care to young people in secure settings.
Main Duties- Lead the health and wellbeing team in delivering tailored care to meet the needs of young people.
- Collaborate with local and national stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and fidelity to the Secure Stairs framework.
- Maintain a national profile and contribute to the Professional Collaborative Network for the children's secure estate.
- Develop strong partnerships with external organisations and community services to ensure seamless pathways for young people.
- Facilitate culture change and closer collaboration between teams locally and nationally.

Requirements- Advanced expertise in clinical supervision with all grades of staff and with other professions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with local and national stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
