About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled eLearning Content Developer to join our team at bet365. As an eLearning Content Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality eLearning content to support the achievement of our organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to create engaging and interactive eLearning content for our business.
  • Support the management of digital learning projects from conception to delivery.
  • Design and develop eLearning interventions that meet the needs of our stakeholders and learners.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the best outcome for our learners.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing eLearning content and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in digital learning and technology.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in developing corporate eLearning content using tools such as Adobe Captivate and Camtasia.
  • Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Experience in deploying eLearning content through a Learning Management System.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience in the gambling industry is advantageous.
