About the Role
We are seeking an experienced eLearning Content Developer to join our team at bet365. As an eLearning Content Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality eLearning content to support the achievement of our organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to create engaging and interactive eLearning content for our business.
- Support the management of digital learning projects from inception to delivery.
- Design and develop eLearning interventions that meet the needs of our stakeholders and learners.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the best outcome for our learners.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing eLearning content and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in digital learning and technology.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in developing corporate eLearning content using tools such as Adobe Captivate and Camtasia.
- Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience in deploying eLearning content through a Learning Management System.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative and rapidly changing environment.
- Experience in the gambling industry is advantageous.
