About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled eLearning Designer to join our team at BET365. As an eLearning Designer, you will play a critical role in designing, deploying, and evaluating a range of eLearning modules and interventions to support the achievement of our organisational goals and continued growth.


Reporting directly to the E-Learning Project Lead, you will create high-quality and bespoke eLearning content, incorporating best practices from learning theory and instructional design. Your expertise will be essential in developing engaging and effective learning experiences that meet the needs of our employees.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop eLearning modules and interventions that align with our organisational goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality and engaging eLearning content
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of eLearning modules and interventions, and make recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in eLearning design and development


We are looking for a talented and experienced eLearning Designer who can bring their expertise and passion for learning to our team.
