We are seeking a dedicated Performance Officer to become a vital part of our Business Assurance Team. In this role, you will assist our Performance Manager in executing a robust performance reporting function that aligns with Community Gateway's corporate objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our recently launched Corporate Plan and Service Transformation Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your experience in a similar position to work with diverse data sources, enabling you to analyze, interpret, and generate comprehensive reports.
- Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage various tasks effectively.
- Demonstrate strong IT proficiency, capable of navigating multiple systems with ease.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, adapting your communication style to suit different audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within the social housing sector would be advantageous.
