Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Godiva Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the finance function and providing strategic financial guidance to the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare and manage the company's financial plans, forecasts, and budgets, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Financial Reporting: Develop and maintain financial reporting systems, including management accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Internal Controls: Review and implement internal controls to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage the finance team, providing coaching, development, and performance reviews.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws, including tax and accounting standards.

Requirements
  • Qualifications: Qualified Accountant (CIMA or ACCA) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of accounting experience, with a strong background in financial planning and analysis.
  • Skills: Strong PC skills, effective verbal and written communication, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Personal Qualities: High integrity, strong business partnering skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
