About GLL: GLL is a charitable social enterprise dedicated to promoting health and fitness within the community. We are currently seeking a Trampoline Coach to enhance our dynamic team at The Sands Centre.

Role Overview: As a Trampoline Coach, you will play a pivotal role in our junior sports division, where your primary focus will be on delivering engaging and structured trampoline sessions for children. With over 120,000 young participants in our programs nationwide, your influence will be significant in their development and enjoyment of the sport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive trampoline curriculum that emphasizes skill progression and pupil development.
  • Deliver high-quality coaching that inspires and motivates young athletes.
  • Assist with the setup of equipment, as well as lead warm-up and cool-down activities.
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all participants and their families.
  • Level 1 coaches aged 18 and above may oversee the overall execution of lessons and courses.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your coaching skills and knowledge of trampolining.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A minimum of UKCC Level 1 coaching qualification in General, Pre-school, or Men's/Women's Artistic (Acro).
  • A positive and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Experience in coaching within a community environment.
