Job Title: Automotive EV Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive EV Training Specialist to join our team at Calex UK. As a key member of our Performance Academy, you will play a crucial role in delivering immersive and experiential training programs to our retailers and customers.

About the Role:
  • Plan and deliver EV experiential training sessions to enhance retailer performance
  • Conduct in-retailer coaching sessions for one-to-many delivery
  • Deliver virtual product and technology presentations to support customer appointments
  • Support the creation of customer content via our SMS contact program
  • Support the delivery of Brand Induction events
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and conduct training programs for retailers and customers
  • Create instructional materials and facilitate hands-on learning experiences
  • Motivate and engage retailers and customers through effective training and facilitation skills
Requirements:
  • High level of knowledge and understanding of BEV vehicles
  • Effective training and facilitation skills
  • Motivated by professional development
