Mana Resourcing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the Manchester area.
About the Role:- Take a consultative approach to sales, providing each client with a solution that matches their specific requirements.
- Attend sales appointments made by our telemarketing partner.
- Self-generate new leads from a combination of networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, target-focused high-energy and high-reward culture.

Requirements:- B2B field sales experience.
- Understanding of a consultative sales process.
- Ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience of self-generating your own leads.
- Used to selling to SMEs.
- A good closer.
- Excellent communication skills and highly organised.
- A full driving licence.
