Job Summary:

The Sales Executive is a key role within Charles Hurst, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. As a Sales Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing personalized care throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, working closely with the Retailer Marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with CUPRA products and services, providing expert advice to customers and ensuring seamless sales processes.
  • Customer Retention: Foster long-term relationships with customers, guiding them through aftersales services and ensuring loyalty and retention.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent Charles Hurst and the CUPRA brand, embodying the company's values and promoting a positive brand image.
