About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our Prezzo team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that every customer leaves with a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the kitchen team to deliver high-quality Italian cuisine
  • Develop and implement menu ideas and recipes
  • Manage kitchen operations, including health and safety, stock management, and staff development
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to achieve culinary excellence
  • Drive team performance and ensure a positive work environment
  • Contribute to the development of new menu items and promotions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
