Bradcare Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and supporting care staff rotas, handling office administrative tasks, and providing excellent service to clients across the South Derbyshire area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality services to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards, including workforce management and data accuracy.
  • Participate in the on-call escalation rota to provide support and guidance to care staff.
  • Perform daily tasks to ensure top service delivery to clients and staff, including updating internal software and auditing systems.
  • Support team members as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Requirements
  • Experience working with care plans and rostering software systems.
  • Good working experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of home care and care work.
  • Experience in recruitment or health and social care is highly desirable.
  • Pragmatic thinking and a can-do attitude are essential for this role.
