Area Operations Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Area Operations Manager to join our team at Euro Car Parks, a leading provider of innovative car parking solutions in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a geographical area covering multiple sites in North London and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire front-line operational teams
  • Manage multiple sites via remote management means
  • Visit sites and frontline team members
  • Effectively manage the team
  • Interact with customers/clients at all levels
  • Create and manage budgets within financial parameters
  • Lead training, development, and people succession planning
  • Regional Duty Manager weekend cover (1 in 8 weekends)

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license (essential)
  • Ability to manage an area including North London and surrounding areas
