Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment Ltd. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage construction projects from inception to completion
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project delivery
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they align with the approved budget
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members
Requirements:
  • MRICS qualified or working towards
  • Prior experience working as a Quantity Surveyor for another construction consultancy or client-side
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
