About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Operative to join our team at Co Op, Woodbank Street, Portree, Isle of Skye. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, meeting all agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order.
- Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, including when work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises.
- Follow Health and Safety requirements and undertake all required training to deliver the cleaning role.
- Work within a team and under their own initiative, building positive and productive working relationships with all customers.
- Deliver excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

Requirements
- Ability to communicate and read basic English.
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
- Flexible approach to the role.
