About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Operative to join our team at Mitie. As a Cleaning Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure equipment is kept clean, well-maintained, and in safe working order.
- Build knowledge and understanding of designated cleaning areas, including when work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used.
- Undertake all required training to deliver the cleaning role.
- Work within a team and under their own initiative.
- Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
