About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Operative to join our team at Co Op, Woodbank Street, Portree. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for ensuring our facilities are clean, well-maintained, and safe for our customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is kept clean, well-maintained, and in safe working order
- Build knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, including when work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used
- Undertake all required training to deliver the cleaning role
- Work within a team and under their own initiative
- Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers and deliver excellent customer service
- Seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations

- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
