Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Talent acquisition is a dynamic field that demands specific skills and attributes for success.

The Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist position emphasizes candidate sourcing and management while collaborating with a Senior Consultant and a Learning & Development Coordinator who will guide you in business growth and effective recruitment methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek, engage, and evaluate candidates utilizing various resources, including online job platforms.
  • Establish and nurture candidate relationships primarily through phone communication, comprehending their needs and preferences.
  • Identify, pursue, and advance new business prospects via telephone while fostering client relationships.
  • Strive to meet established targets, deadlines, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain diverse databases, including the addition of new candidates and CV entries.
  • Exhibit excellent telephone communication skills, comfortable engaging with both new and existing candidates/clients.
  • Possess strong IT proficiency, including MS Office, Internet, and Email.
  • Hold a minimum English GCSE or equivalent, Grade C or above.
