Engineering Tutor (CNC / Manufacturing)

Are you a current or aspiring Engineering Tutor or similar with CNC Machining experience, looking to join a well-established company who offer fully-autonomous working, full on the job training and over 100 qualifications for your own personal development? This well-established company utilise their 25 years of experience to provide the best training services for companies looking to grow, expand and upskill their workforce.

In this varied and autonomous role, you will be assessing and training local apprentices on site, from a selection of over 100 companies that this company are partnered with. You will be given full on the job training for the first 6 months, where you will be completing qualifications and offered a huge range of other courses, tailored to your personal career aspirations. Following this training period you will be taking classroom sessions of local apprentices, as well as occasional site visits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessing and training apprentices at a wide range of companies
  • Full on the job training with optional qualifications for personal growth
  • 6-month training period then mostly site visits (90%)
  • Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week
Requirements:
  • CNC machining experience
  • CNC programming experience - ISO essential, Siemens desired
  • CAD/CAM experience
  • Production engineering experience
