Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sous Chef to join our team at a prestigious restaurant group in Manchester. As a Senior Sous Chef, you will play a key role in the success of our high-volume restaurant, serving elevated Pan-Asian cuisine to a discerning clientele.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of 12 chefs, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and implement seasonal menus, ensuring consistency and quality across all dishes.
- Oversee kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock management to maintain optimal levels and minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Contribute to the development of the restaurant's culinary strategy, working closely with the management team to drive growth and innovation.
Our restaurant is a 120-seat, high-volume establishment with a team of 12 chefs. We offer a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, with opportunities for career growth and development. Requirements- Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant environment.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
