We're seeking a skilled Administrator to join our Construction team in the North East region.

Location: Our Construction site in the North East region, with some home working available.

Contract: Full Time, Fixed Term Contract for 2 years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the site delivery teams, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Manage security passes, vetting applications, and tracking systems to maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate logistics, including ordering materials and supplies, and arranging meetings and site visits.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction sector.
  • Expertise in office software, PowerPoint, and Excel.
