About the Role

Cammach Bryant is seeking a skilled Contract Specialist to join our team. As a Contract Specialist, you will play a crucial role in implementing the Category Management approach in Procurement Planning, Category Reviews, and Supplier Relationship Management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize value and minimize risk.
  2. Manage day-to-day contractual issues for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  3. Collaborate with technical contract owners to optimize contract usability and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Support the development of federal contracts and agreements, identifying opportunities for synergies and value addition across assets and divisions.
  5. Plan and execute workload to deliver the company's contracting plan on time, utilizing e-procurement systems to streamline the purchasing process.
  6. Assess contractual, financial, and liability risk to the company, leveraging strong relationships with suppliers to secure business needs.
  7. Encourage new initiatives that improve productivity and lower total costs of business, completing annual procurement plans to understand future demand.
  8. Monitor supplier performance to ensure contractual obligations are met, taking corrective actions when required.
  9. Collaborate with SCM central teams to update the SCM tracker weekly, emphasizing the need for providing savings and cost avoidance.
  10. Conduct end-to-end contracting processes for assigned initiatives.

Requirements

  1. Experience in SCM operations in the Oil & Gas Industry.
  2. Expertise in ERP/EAMS systems like SAP and Maximo, along with other SCM systems.
  3. Experience in Supply Chain Management in the UKCS with a good understanding of the marketplace and contracting landscape.
  4. Educational Qualification certifications.
  5. Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related fields.
  6. Certified in CIPS, CSCP, PMP, CPSM, etc.
