As the company continues to expand, they are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant for Direction and Accounting duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Personal Assistance: Serve as the primary liaison for both internal and external stakeholders, managing all administrative responsibilities associated with the General Director. Ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests.
- Financial Management: Utilize your expertise in Excel to oversee financial operations, monitor sales activities, and collaborate with the accounting team for documentation and payroll processes.
- Administrative and Commercial Support: Generate invoices, monitor client payments, address any disputes, and analyze team performance to provide valuable insights to management.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in management assistance and have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. A background in personal assistance that encompasses administrative, commercial, and accounting aspects is essential. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with VBA/macros are required. Strong interpersonal skills, organizational capabilities, and adaptability are crucial for success in this role. Fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of German is an added advantage.
