Job Description

Job Title: Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead to join our team at Glue Resourcing. As a Senior Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading technical projects and teams, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Project Management: Oversee the planning and allocation of technical resources to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Design Execution: Perform detailed technical designs according to customer specifications.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Lead project meetings and design reviews with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Documentation Review: Review and approve technical drawings and documentation.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in internal and external quality assurance processes.
  • Project Coordination: Develop and adhere to technical design timelines in line with customer specifications and project plans.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Serve as the primary interface for other departments on technical project designs.
  • Team Development: Support and mentor technical teams, working closely with the Engineering Manager.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's, Master's degree, or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Experience: At least 4 years of technical experience.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in CAD software, particularly Autodesk Inventor and Vault.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong technical understanding with the ability to analyze complex data.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage technical projects and workloads, driving tasks to completion on time.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Team Player: Collaborative with strong communication skills and the ability to work well with colleagues across different departments.
  • Organizational Skills: Well-organized, motivated, and adaptable with an open attitude.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Willingness to Travel: Must be able to travel within the UK and abroad as required.
