Assistant Corporate Secretary

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Company Secretary to join our esteemed legal team. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with the General Counsel and Company Secretary, contributing to a variety of essential company secretarial functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of meeting documentation, including agendas and action logs.
- Compile comprehensive Board and Committee packs, ensuring quality assurance on all materials.
- Record accurate minutes during Board and Committee meetings.
- Manage Companies House and other statutory filings alongside associated administrative tasks.
- Engage regularly with the leadership team across various regions.
Career Development:
This position is ideal for an individual aspiring to advance to a Company Secretary role within a year. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to attend the office bi-weekly and participate in monthly board meetings.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal applicant will possess experience in supporting Company Secretary or Corporate Office administrative functions and hold ICSA qualifications (either partial or full). Experience within the insurance or financial services sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
