About the Role: We are seeking two experienced Company Secretarial Assistants to join our team at Highbury Consulting in Bermuda. As a Company Secretarial Assistant, you will provide a full back-office administration service to boards and shareholders, working on a large portfolio of clients that include listed group structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to boards and shareholders
- Managing company secretarial tasks, including filing and record-keeping
- Assisting with corporate governance matters, such as board meetings and shareholder communications
- Working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of commercial company secretarial or corporate governance experience
- Professional qualification in company secretarial or corporate governance (ICSA, Diploma Corporate Governance or similar)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
