About the Role: We are seeking two experienced Company Secretarial Assistants to join our team at Highbury Consulting in Bermuda. As a Company Secretarial Assistant, you will provide a full back-office administration service to boards and shareholders, working on a large portfolio of clients that include listed group structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to boards and shareholders
  • Managing company secretarial tasks, including filing and record-keeping

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of commercial company secretarial or corporate governance experience
