The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Director to join our team at Montcalm Marble Arch. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency

• Lead a team of restaurant managers and staff to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings

• Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and promotions that meet the evolving tastes and preferences of our guests

• Manage budgets and resources to ensure that our restaurants operate within budget and meet financial targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a luxury hotel environment

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of restaurant operations
