Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff performance, providing coaching and training to ensure excellent service standards.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring the restaurant operates within budget.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve restaurant operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar concept.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
