Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of restaurant managers and staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service

Requirements:

* Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
