Position Overview:

Role: Business Support Assistant

Location: Bridgwater

Compensation: Approximately £24,000 plus annual bonus and benefits

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish purpose and direction concerning OGSM deliverables.
  • Oversee payroll and HR administration, including time tracking and holiday management.
  • Facilitate site personnel processes.
  • Process purchase orders and reconcile financial documents.
  • Understand the implications of personal and team actions on achieving site/business OGSM and its effect on profitability.
  • Manage the ordering of uniforms and PPE, including stock control and distribution of cleaning and stationery supplies.
  • Generate and disseminate reports for the site.
  • Exhibit leadership in health and safety by promoting the Muller safety culture.
  • Handle general office and facility management, including coordinating hospitality services as needed.
  • Ensure site communications are current, including notice boards and newsletter distribution.
  • Maintain professional communication with all stakeholders.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for the site, performing reception duties when necessary.
  • Investigate credit control claims as required.
  • Proactively identify improvement opportunities within the workplace and transform them into actionable projects.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of site events.
  • Provide coverage in instances such as annual leave.
  • Support the delivery of site inductions and onboarding processes.
