As part of their ongoing expansion, they are opening a new office and are looking for an accounts professional to become part of their vibrant team.
In this position, you will be responsible for various tasks including Purchase Ledger management, invoice processing, data entry, customer payment handling, raising purchase orders, and performing bank reconciliations.
This role is ideal for an Accounts Coordinator or similar professional eager to grow their career in a reputable company that offers development opportunities, a stable work environment, and a friendly team atmosphere.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accounts Coordinator
- Collaborating with the team on all accounting functions
- Managing Purchase Ledger
- Assisting with administrative tasks
- Utilizing Sage software, data entry, bank reconciliations, credit notes, invoices, and accounts payable & receivable
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Experienced Accounts Coordinator or similar role
- Proficient in Sage software
- Must be able to commute to the new office location
