Health and Physical Education Teacher

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Health and Physical Education (HPE) Teacher to join our team at York District High School. As an HPE Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering an engaging and relevant curriculum to students from P-10, promoting physical activity and healthy lifestyles. You will work closely with students, teachers, and the community to achieve the best educational outcomes for students within an organised and supportive HPE Department.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver an engaging and relevant HPE curriculum from P-10
- Work closely with students, teachers, and the community to achieve the best educational outcomes for students
- Provide high-level support and participation in team planning for curriculum policy and programs
- Collaborate with members of the school community to promote physical activity and healthy lifestyles
- Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and learning
- Professional knowledge, understanding, and experience to deliver an engaging and relevant HPE curriculum
- Ability to work closely with students, teachers, and the community to achieve the best educational outcomes for students
- High-level support and participation in team planning for curriculum policy and programs
- Collaboration with members of the school community to promote physical activity and healthy lifestyles
