Investment Guidelines Specialist

Austin Andrew Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Investment Guidelines Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our front office operations, you will be responsible for managing all front office system-related alerts and rules, as well as other critical activities.
Key Responsibilities- Front Office System Oversight and Management: Ensure the smooth operation of our front office systems, including wall crossings and list updates.
- Pre- and Post-Trade Alert Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of pre- and post-trade alerts to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Regulatory Disclosures: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and make timely disclosures as necessary.
- Front Office System Rule Coding: Develop and implement new rules for front office systems, including coding for new accounts and investment guidelines.
- Regulatory Responsibilities: Maintain a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and take proactive steps to ensure compliance.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to the firm and its clients, and communicate changes and updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Number of years in asset management or comparable financial services roles: 3+ years
- Technical and practical expertise in front office systems: Proven experience with front office systems and a strong understanding of their operation.
Candidates will be expected to work in the office for three days per week.
