About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Chef Coach to join our team. As a Chef Coach, you will be responsible for delivering the apprenticeship standard to learners in the hospitality sector. You will provide support, guidance, and motivation to help learners achieve career-building qualifications and transferable skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the apprenticeship standard to learners in the hospitality sector
  • Provide support, guidance, and motivation to learners
  • Help learners achieve career-building qualifications and transferable skills
  • Manage your own admin and work flexibly from home and out in the field

Requirements:

  • Extensive, relevant vocational experience of both Front of House and Back of House within a management role
  • Experience of preparing, cooking, and finishing a substantial range of fresh and seasonal dishes
  • NVQ level 2 or 3 in professional cookery
  • Experience of working in high-demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines
  • GCSEs English and Maths (C or above or key skills equivalent)
