Role Overview

We are on a transformative journey to enhance our operational and technological frameworks. Our objective is to evolve from traditional systems and specialized tools to a cohesive, AI-driven, and data-centric operational model. By harnessing insights from our advanced entities, we aim to integrate state-of-the-art tools and capabilities, particularly in AI and Python-based solutions. We are assembling a versatile team of professionals, including data scientists, AI experts, and business analysts, to facilitate this transition and establish OEGEN as a data-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive architectural frameworks that align with organizational objectives and future technological advancements.
  • Lead the creation of a robust data architecture, focusing on data modeling, integration, and governance.
  • Ensure effective management of both structured and unstructured data.
  • Assess and select systems and tools that enhance our technological capabilities.
  • Implement solutions utilizing cloud platforms, big data technologies, and AI/ML tools.
  • Oversee large-scale transformation initiatives, ensuring the seamless integration of new systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that architecture supports and enhances business operations.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in data architecture, with a strong grasp of frameworks such as TOGAF and data management principles.
  • Ability to foresee and incorporate future technological trends, ensuring organizational readiness.
  • Advanced degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline.
  • Certifications in enterprise architecture (TOGAF) and data management (DAMA) are beneficial.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a proven history of innovative problem-solving in complex technical scenarios.
  • Ability to communicate intricate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, supported by the Head of Transformation and Technology.
  • Experience in leading technical teams and promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
