About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations/Project Manager to join our team at Traffic Safety And Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing national activities, including the implementation, maintenance, and removal of traffic management schemes.

Your primary objective will be to ensure the smooth execution of these schemes, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and removal of traffic management schemes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Manage budgets and bid costings
  • Lead a team of professionals to achieve project goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Relevant Lantra Sector Scheme qualifications
  • IOSH Managing Safely/SSSTS/SMSTS or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Numeracy skills to manage budgets and bid costings
  • Pragmatic and ability to create solutions that meet business needs
