Position Overview

A prominent manufacturing organization is seeking a dedicated Sales Quotation Specialist to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all sales order entries and create corresponding work orders.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive quotations to clients utilizing our advanced digital platform.
  • Stay informed about any modifications or updates provided by clients and integrate these changes through our established Quality Assurance Procedure, with a keen eye on potential cost impacts.
  • Exhibit commercial insight by recognizing order alterations that may incur additional charges for clients.
  • Maintain our CRM system with up-to-date information and ensure timely submission of monthly reports.
  • Acquaint yourself with all Quality Assurance and commercial protocols related to inquiries.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to accommodate the needs of the organization and clients, which may involve occasional travel.
  • Negotiate credit terms with clients and communicate overdue account statuses in collaboration with the accounts department.
  • Address invoice discrepancies with clients and issue credit notes as required.
  • Perform additional sales and estimating tasks as directed by your supervisor.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude and excellent telephone communication skills. Previous sales experience is essential.
