Reporting to: Senior Design Manager

Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a Design Manager to oversee a significant correctional facility project in the Buckinghamshire region. This initiative is part of the New Prisons Programme (NPP) under the Alliance 4 New Prisons (A4NP). The Ministry of Justice's NPP aims to provide thousands of new correctional spaces as part of the Government's commitment to deliver 20,000 modern prison facilities across the UK.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in managing large-scale correctional projects, as well as expertise in civil engineering, external works, and/or MEP design.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for a Design Manager to engage in a long-term project from its inception. While proximity to the project site is preferred, we welcome candidates who can work from one of our regional offices and travel as needed.
