Planning Recruitment Limited is in search of a skilled Senior Architectural Project Manager to join a distinguished architecture firm based in Central London, recognized for its exceptional projects in the Middle East.
Role Summary:
As a Senior Architectural Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of leading a team dedicated to high-end residential projects, comprehensive master planning, luxury hospitality developments, and golf course designs. This position offers a unique chance to collaborate with a firm that prioritizes innovation and quality.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Inspire and guide a team of architects and design professionals.
- Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to quality standards and client expectations.
- Engage with clients to provide exceptional architectural solutions.
- Utilize AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of Revit and Rhino is advantageous (training provided).
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a registered Architect.
- Demonstrated experience in international architectural projects.
- Expertise in AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit and Rhino is beneficial.
- Experience across various RIBA stages is preferred, though experience in concept or delivery stages will also be considered.
