About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Project Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team to design and develop projects across a range of sectors, including residential, commercial, and retail.
  • Run projects through all RIBA stages, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining effective communication and ensuring project goals are met.
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, utilizing software such as Revit and AutoCAD.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology.
  • Significant experience post-qualification, with a proven track record of running projects through all RIBA stages.
  • Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations.
  • Proficient in using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership and project management skills.
