We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Coordinator to join our team in Devon. As a Technical Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Technical Managers on site and contributing to the successful delivery of our housing development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage engineering and working drawing packages to ensure high-quality construction and compliance with technical approvals.
  • Work closely with Technical Managers on 1-2 sites in the local area, supporting projects from design stage to post-completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong technical knowledge, including a good understanding of the planning process and section agreements.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient site operations and effective communication.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the department, supporting the training of future Technical Managers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in the house building field.
  • Excellent technical knowledge, including a good understanding of the planning process and section agreements.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent IT skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
