Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Achieve account-level sales and penetration objectives, driving utilization of our product portfolio and developing favorable relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Clinical Training and Education: Improve surgical site infection knowledge and provide clinical training and education to customers, supporting clinical trials and product testing.
  • Territory Sales Planning: Develop a territory sales plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration, and usage, ensuring effective sales execution and growth.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: Proven sales experience in the medical/life science industry, with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in healthcare.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including sales strategy, market analysis, and customer relationship management.
  • Personal Qualities: Enthusiastic and highly motivated, with excellent relationship-building skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a team player attitude.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £68,000 per annum, a fixed-term contract of 12 months, and a full-time working pattern of 39.5 hours per week. As a Territory Business Manager at Adecco, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team, delivering high-quality healthcare products and services.
