Position Summary:

As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering expert guidance on HR and employment law matters to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing prompt and high-quality counsel to clients regarding HR and employment law issues.
  • Managing cases through to resolution while fostering strong client relationships.
  • Developing customized employment documentation in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Conducting HR and employment law training sessions for clients and groups.
  • Maintaining precise records and generating reports as needed.
  • Encouraging a collaborative team environment and contributing to knowledge sharing.
  • Staying informed about the latest developments in employment law and HR best practices.
  • Promoting company services and making recommendations to clients.
  • Participating in training sessions and meetings as required.
