Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Academic Human Resources Officer to join our team. As an Academic Human Resources Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring that our clients' HR practices are compliant with relevant employment legislation, HR policies, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice and guidance to People Managers on individual employee relations queries and ongoing cases.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to ensure that our clients' HR practices are compliant with relevant employment legislation, HR policies, and processes.
  • Minimize business risk by providing expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters.
  • Ensure that colleagues are managed appropriately and in line with our values.

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified.
  • At least 2 years of solid experience working as an Advisor with strong Employee Relation experience.
