Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver community-based programs that foster lifelong learning and employment, leveraging the unique strengths and passions of individuals to shape their communities.
  • Oversee Supported Living, Outreach, Lifelong Learning, and Registered Care services, ensuring people live fulfilling lives and contribute to their communities.
  • Collaborate with local citizens to nurture community action and connections through innovative approaches.
  • Maintain high levels of compliance in safeguarding, Health & Safety, and quality support, ensuring regulatory standards are met and exceeded.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £55,125 + £2,000.
  • A car allowance for travel across Derbyshire and Leicestershire, with occasional national travel.
